At RestaurantSupply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Package Your Items

Securely pack the unused products in their original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included.

Ship the Product

Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location. Please note that return shipping costs may apply.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
